Palm Beach™ Polysatin™ Shutters
Palm Beach™ Polysatin™ Shutters offer the same opening operating options the hardwood and composite shutters; bi-fold track, bypass track, and hinged panels. You can also choose either of the traditional louver tilt options; front tilt bar or HiddenTilt™. However, what sets these vinyl shutters apart from the other Hunter Douglas shutters and most other shutters on the market is that you can add PowerView® Automation.
PowerView® Automation is a fully electric motorization option exclusive to Hunter Douglas products. Using a PowerView® Gateway, the system is connected to your home’s WIFI network, which allows your vinyl shutter louvers to be controlled from anywhere in the house.
Several control options are available for your motorized shutters, including a colorful handheld Pebble® Remote, which can control up to six different window treatments. Other control options include the PowerView® App and your existing smart home system like Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit. You have the option of opening and closing the louvers of your vinyl shutter with the touch of a button or the sound of your voice.
The PowerView® Automation system also allows you to create “scenes.” These are preset positions for your window treatments that can be reached with the touch of a single button. This allows you to coordinate every window treatment in a room for a specific time or activity. With the PowerView® application, you can even have your shutters open and close to follow the path of the sun.
